Getting back to creating and Blogging

Can't believe it is so long since I have written a blog. There have always been things to get in the way, work, weddings, funerals, don't remember my log in details..... well there was no excuse there as I had saved them!

So today my new box of goodies arrived and I was feeling so happy and creative that I made 4 wee projects with one set in a couple of hours. I instantly loved the set as soon as I saw it and before my box arrived I had planned the projects in my head. I rescued some ink pads from a packed box (another excuse for not crafting, we are hopefully moving soon and we are about 70% packed). My favourite colours popped straight out of their stand and I was off.

It is of course Stampin' Up! Sale a Bration time so if you spend £45 you can choose a free item from the Sale a Bration catalogue. We are also in the January to June mini catalogue period and it is full of gorgeous stamp sets and bundles and DSP and embellishments that make it so easy to create beautiful projects for all levels. So with my new Dragonfly Garden Bundle, Highland Heather, Gorgeous Grape and Black ink pads, Watercolour pencils set 2 and a water brush I set to work.

New class format

Today I have changed the format of my class to more of a club. Members pay £20 a month, they can attend classes each week if able and if not will receive the three projects for the week. Then every 3 months all paid up members will receive £45 back to spend in the Stampin Up catalogue.
Next weeks projects are already planned.

My first blog

Hi!
Welcome to my blog.
After many years of crafting on my own I believe it is time to share my ideas and expectations.
On Wednesday I had my neighbours round for a wee craft evening. They each had their first venture into the world of stamping and created an individual card each. Something like this....

Hopefully soon I will be starting up regular classes. If you want to join me then get in touch for more information. Watch out for next weeks post with a new card to inspire you.
